Indication

Central lung tumors (within 2cm of proximal bronchial tree) - medically inoperable Stage I-II NSCLC

Eligibility Criteria

  • Histologically confirmed NSCLC
  • T1-T2 N0 M0 (≤5cm)
  • Central location: tumor within 2cm of proximal bronchial tree
  • Medically inoperable
  • No prior thoracic RT
  • KPS ≥70
